House of Breath Sanctuary

play ~ laugh ~ belong

A calm, welcoming space where you’re met as you are —
and supported in becoming more yourself,
without being told who you should be.

your only obligation is to breathe…

Our Mission:

The House of Breath Sanctuary exists to create welcoming spaces where people of all ages can reconnect with themselves and one another through creativity, presence, play, and shared humanity — honoring both joy and grief as essential parts of being human.

Weekly Workshops starting in March, 2026

Workshops are experiential gatherings focused on doing, not teaching — spaces to create, listen, and stay present together.

Wednesday Evenings, Weekly for 6 Weeks or Saturday Evenings, Open Studio
6:30pm to 9pm

The Wonder & Joy Studio offers adults a return to creative play as a way of remembering what it means to be human. These gatherings are not about talent or outcome, but about exploration, presence, and connection. Through thoughtfully curated creative experiences, participants are invited to slow down, listen inward, and engage with life from a place of curiosity and joy. It is a space where creativity becomes a language for self-understanding, and where play opens the door to belonging—within yourself and with others.

Saturday Mornings 10am-11:30am, Weekly for 6 Weeks
Ages 8 to 12

The Wonder & Joy Lab is a playful, creative space for children to explore who they are through art, movement, sound, and imagination. Designed for curious hearts, these experiences invite kids to create without pressure, express without performance, and belong just as they are. Through hands-on making, gentle guidance, and shared discovery, children are encouraged to trust their instincts, follow their curiosity, and experience the simple joy of being fully themselves—together.

Saturday afternoons 12:30pm to 2pm, Weekly for 6 Weeks for teens 13 to 18
Sunday midday 11:30pm to 1pm, Weekly for 6 Week for adults

Soul Photography for teens is not about having the best camera or learning technical perfection. It is about learning to see — noticing light, color, feeling, and moments that often go overlooked.

Through guided prompts and creative exploration (using phones or simple cameras), teens are invited to express themselves visually, build confidence in their perspective, and discover that their way of seeing the world matters.

The focus is on presence, curiosity, and storytelling rather than rules or performance — creating a supportive space where creativity can unfold naturally..

Saturday Afternoon 3:30pm to 5pm, Weekly for 6 Weeks
Ages 13+

Soul Design is a creative workshop that explores graphic design as a form of self-expression. Using intuitive tools like Canva, participants learn how to turn ideas, emotions, and stories into visual creations — from logos and cards to digital art, flyers, and personal projects.

Rather than focusing on rigid design rules, this workshop invites curiosity, play, and experimentation. Participants are encouraged to follow what feels meaningful, discovering how color, shape, and layout can reflect inner experience.

Soul Design empowers creativity while building practical skills — blending expression with confidence in creating something uniquely their own.

Thursday evenings 6:30pm to 8pm, Weekly for 6 Weeks

Soul Writing is not about grammar, perfection, or writing something “good enough” to share. It is about creating space to listen inward and let words emerge with honesty and courage. Whether participants dream of writing a book, a memoir, poetry, or simply want to reconnect with their voice, this workshop invites writing as a form of self-discovery, healing, and expression.

Through gentle prompts, reflection, and guided exploration, participants learn to trust their stories, find clarity in their experiences, and begin shaping the words they’ve carried inside for years — without pressure, judgment, or comparison.

School Vacation Week-long Workshops starting in April, 2026

Kids Soul Play is a gentle, joyful day-long experience where children are invited to explore creativity, connection, and self-expression in a relaxed, nurturing environment. Designed as a school-vacation offering, Soul Play weaves together art, movement, music, making, and imagination—without pressure, comparison, or expectation. Each day unfolds with rhythm and care, allowing children to follow their curiosity, collaborate naturally, and experience the freedom of being exactly who they are. It’s a place where creativity becomes play, play becomes confidence, and belonging grows quietly through shared moments.

Circles starting March 2026

Small, steady circles that meet over a defined period of time, allowing trust and rhythm to form. Breath & Belonging circles follow the natural rhythms of the year, offering a steady place to breathe, reflect, and honor the many forms of transition we carry. While each six-week circle will address the needs of the group, there are seasonal themes.

Navigating Transition

The Breathing & Belonging Circle: Navigating Transition is a facilitated group experience for those standing at a threshold—grief, change, uncertainty, endings, beginnings, or moments when life is asking something new of you. These circles are not about self-improvement or problem-solving. They are about being met where you are, exactly as you are, and remembering that you do not have to navigate change alone.

Through guided breath, gentle reflection, and shared presence, participants are invited to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with their own wisdom while being held in community. There is space here for both grief and joy, confusion and clarity, silence and laughter. Each circle is shaped by the people in the room, honoring the truth that belonging is not found by having it “all together,” but by being witnessed in the midst of becoming.

These circles will open once House of Breath is fully in its space. Details and dates will be shared soon.

Threshold Sessions starting March 2026

Threshold Session (One-on-One)

A Threshold Session is a spacious, one-on-one experience for moments when life is asking something of you—after a loss, before a decision, in the midst of change, or when the old way no longer fits and the next has not yet revealed itself. This is not coaching or therapy. It is a guided pause at the doorway between what was and what is becoming.

Together, we slow the moment down. Through breath, conversation, intuitive listening, and gentle reflection, you are supported in meeting yourself honestly and compassionately at this threshold. There is no fixing, no agenda, and no expectation to arrive anywhere by the end of the session. Instead, the focus is on clarity, presence, and remembering your own inner authority—so that whatever comes next can be met with steadiness and self-trust.

Each Threshold Session is unique, shaped by your story, your timing, and what wants to be witnessed in that moment. You leave not with answers imposed from the outside, but with a deeper sense of orientation—grounded in yourself and accompanied as you cross into what’s next.
