GAME ON! Sacred Sass Symposium for the Unapologetic Soul

breathe ~ laugh ~ rise

The Invitation

There is a flicker inside you that refuses to go out. No matter how many times you’ve been told to tone it down, calm it down, or sit it out—you’ve known, haven’t you?

That you're not here to be small.

You are here to ignite.

To laugh too loudly.

To cry too deeply.

To dance barefoot and break open.

To speak your truth so boldly it echoes through generations.

This is your invitation to come home to yourself.

Game On: A Sacred Sass Retreat for the Unapologetic Soul is not a getaway—it’s a return to your power, your magic, your voice, your wildness. A reclamation of your soul’s delicious, defiant yes.

Over three days, we will gather in sacred community.

  • We will shed old skins.

  • We will move, bless, breathe, burn, rise.

  • We will wear glitter in places we forgot existed.

  • We will remember that healing can be holy and hilarious.

  • We will call ourselves back.

If you’re feeling the tug—the ache, the whisper, the thump of recognition in your chest—this gathering is for you.

  • No more waiting.

  • No more shrinking.

  • No more pretending you’re anything less than a cosmic masterpiece.

The game is on, love.

Will you play?

Manifesto of the Unapologetic Soul

Roar First, Explain Later: You are not here to shrink. You are not here to whisper. You are not here to fit into boxes built by bored bureaucrats. You are here to roar holy truths into the bones of the earth.

The Path Is Made of Yeses and WTFs: You don’t walk the path, love. You become it. Every choice, every misstep, every accidental revolution you incite while trying to buy sourdough crackers is part of the spell. Magic in the mundane, darling.

Your Sass Is Sacred: Eye rolls are ritual. Your giggle is a spell. Your humor is a compass.

You Are a Living Portal: Your body is an altar. Your voice is a key. Your laugh? An invocation. You open doors just by showing up fully.

Cry If You Must, Then Set Fire to the Lies: Tears are not weakness. They are holy waters of reclamation. Once cried, your flame reignites. You cry in one breath and call the stars to dinner in the next.

Find the Others: You are not here to convert. You are here to connect. Speak in the tongue of your soul and watch who understands without subtitles. They will know you by your resonance.

You Are Both Storm and Shelter: Don’t choose. Be both. Be the wild lightning and the hearth fire that follows. You don’t need to ask permission to be multidimensional.

There Is No Plan B: This is it. This moment. This body. This laugh. This awkward dance move. Show up as you are!

Love Is Not a Strategy. It’s a Frequency: Broadcast it from your bones. Let your field do the talking. Those who are tuned to your station will find you.

The World Is Changed by the Ones Who Dare to Play: Play like a priestess. Dance like a data disruptor. Love like a liberation spell.

Game on, beloved. Let’s wreck the old world gently—with joy, glitter, and truth.

Shared Agreements

At the House of Breath Sanctuary are guided by a small set of shared agreements. These are not rules, but ways of being together that support safety, dignity, and trust.

  • Speak from your own experience

  • Share only what feels true and timely for you

  • Listening is as valued as speaking

  • No fixing, advising, or interpreting one another

  • What is shared in circle stays in circle

Silence is welcome. Passing is always allowed. Presence matters more than participation.

The Listener of Last Resort

Each circle is held by a facilitator whose role is not to teach, lead, or direct — but to tend the container.

At House of Breath Sanctuary, this role is called the Listener of Last Resort.

The Listener of Last Resort:

  • Holds the agreements of the circle

  • Gently intervenes if boundaries are crossed

  • Offers grounding when emotions run high

  • Steps in only when the group cannot hold itself

Most of the time, the circle holds itself beautifully.
The Listener of Last Resort is there not to dominate the space — but to ensure it remains safe, respectful, and intact.

This is a sample agenda. All symposiums vary based on the needs of those that gather.

The Schedule

Day 1 – Reclamation: The Spark Within

Theme for the day: Come home to yourself. Reclaim your inner fire.

9:00 AM – Arrival + Sacred Check-In

  • Together will ignite the spark that you were born with, beginning with grounding breathwork to settle the body, arrive fully, and establish safety before we rise.

11:00 AM – The Power of Divine Sass

  • Tenderly examine the myths, beliefs, and assumptions inherited from culture, family, and ego; to journey through the stories you’ve told yourself and untangle them from the truth your soul holds. A sacred reckoning with the narratives we carry using the power of divine sass.

1:00PM - Lunch & Reflection Time

3:00 PM – Soul Rewilding + Nature Walk

  • Give yourself permission to say: “This is what I know to be true about me—even if no one ever asked.” What truths have you hoarded in the cells of your body that are begging to be released? Discover these truths through a journaling exercise. Then you will offer your truth to the trees. Why talk to the trees? Because when you take a risk and tell your secrets to the trees, they are honored to keep your secret while you get to practice speaking your truth.

6:00 PM – Dinner + Soul Storytelling

  • We will form a circle of truth that is a safe space for participants to bear witness for one another in our experiences of the day. How do we bear witness? We give each other permission to tell the story our hearts want to tell without having to fix one another. This is a reminder that we are not broken, just on our way to becoming the truth of who we are.

Day 2 – Embodiment: Walk Like You Mean It

Theme for the day: Activate your unapologetic self. Move. Feel. Roar.

8:00 AM - Breakfast

9:00 AM – Strength through Sass

  • Thoughtfully recognize the strengths that have carried you—and to honor them as sacred tools, not permanent armor. To understand that coping is an art, not a flaw. To know when to wield endurance, when to soften, and when to lay a strength down and pick up a new sassier one.

11:00 AM – Embodying Sacred Sass

  • Take a deep dive into how embodying our sacred sass can help us to recognize that what hurts today may not be about today. It is the sacred act of listening to pain as messenger, not just as symptom. Of gently tracing the thread of discomfort to its origin— not to unravel yourself, but to gather the part of you that was left behind there. This is not the demand to heal everything at once. It is the invitation to sit with this hurt, this moment, and ask it: “What do you remember that I have forgotten?” It is emotional triage with a reverent heart. It is grace placed like balm upon the echo.

1:00 PM - Lunch and Reflection Time

3:00 PM – Rage, Release & Rise Ceremony

  • Explore which fears limit you. Explore six types of fear:

    • loss

    • pain

    • commitment

    • judgment

    • failure

    • fear of the unknown

What might it feel like to turn that fear into fire so that it can be released? Then we will rise in a flying paper ceremony to release old narratives.

6:00 PM - Dinner & Soul Weaving

  • We will create a shared weaving that illustrates how each of our souls helps weaves life’s tapestry and yet, our own thread needs to remain true to ourselves.

Day 3 – Devotion: The Soul’s Unapologetic Mission

Theme of the day: Remember your sacred yes. Devote yourself to your path.

8:00 AM - Breakfast

9:30 AM – Becoming YOU — The Unapologetic Truth

  • We strip it all back — the masks, the roles, the should haves — and let your soul stand in her full, wild glory. We dive into the delicious work of discovering (or remembering) the truth of who you are. The you who wakes up in the morning grinning because life feels like hers again. Through guided prompts with a dash of sacred sass, you’ll get clear on what delights you, what makes your cells hum, and what it feels like to live intentionally instead of accidentally. Your truest purpose? To live the life that lights you up from the inside out.

11:00 AM – Exploring Sharing Your Gifts

  • Now that you’ve anchored into the truth of who you are, it’s time to explore where your brilliance meets the world. This is the bridge between inner becoming and outer doing — the alchemy where your why fuels your what, and your what dances with your how. We’ll explore what serving your purpose of service might look like — the unique magic only you can bring. You’ll weave together. You’ll leave with more than an idea — you’ll have a living, breathing map for the way forward. This is where soul mission meets sacred momentum. This is where you stop waiting and start doing.

12:30 PM - Lunch

2:00 PM – The Sacred Sass Send-Off

  • We close not with goodbye, but with a vow — to ourselves, to each other, and to the world. This is the moment you commit to living your truth and using your gifts without apology. The sisterhood (and brotherhood, and everyhood) you’ve built here will carry you forward. The ember that was lit on Day 1 is now a blazing, uncontainable fire.

  • You leave not as who you were, but as who you choose to be — radiant, ready, and roaring with life.

4:00 PM – Departure! Take your flame and your sass into the world. You are forever changed simply because you showed up.

  • You will leave with practices, language, and community support to carry what you’ve awakened back into everyday life.

What This Is / What This Is Not

What This Is

A grounded, facilitated, three-day immersive retreat
Game On is an intentionally designed experience held in presence, care, and clear agreements. Each day is structured while remaining responsive to the needs of the group. Nothing is random, chaotic, or uncontained.

Embodied, human work — not abstract theory
This retreat works through breath, movement, creative expression, ritual, conversation, and reflection. Insight arises through lived experience, not lectures.

Trauma-aware and nervous-system conscious
Participants are never pushed, pressured, or asked to disclose more than they choose. Regulation, choice, and consent are foundational. This work honors both courage and pacing.

Community without fixing
We practice bearing witness — listening without rescuing, advising, or diagnosing. The power is not in being “helped,” but in being seen and heard as whole.

Playful, reverent, and real
Healing here is not heavy or humorless. Laughter, irreverence, tears, joy, and sacred silliness are all welcome. Depth and delight coexist.

A return to self-trust and agency
Participants leave with clarity, grounded insight, and a felt sense of belonging to themselves — not a prescribed identity or outcome.

What This Is Not

Not therapy or clinical treatment
This retreat does not provide diagnosis, therapy, or medical or psychological treatment. It is not a substitute for mental health care.

Not coaching or performance optimization
There are no productivity plans, hustle frameworks, or external success metrics. This is not about becoming “better” — it is about becoming more you.

Not a spiritual hierarchy or belief system
No doctrine, dogma, or belief is required. This work is human-centered, not religious or prescriptive.

Not catharsis for its own sake
While emotion is welcome, the focus is not emotional overwhelm or release without integration. Everything is held with containment and care.

Not bypassing real life
Participants are not encouraged to abandon responsibilities, relationships, or common sense. The work supports grounded re-entry into everyday life.

Not a place to be fixed
Nothing about you is broken. This retreat does not assume you need repair — only space, breath, and permission to remember yourself.
